Registration fee includes:
- Participation in the one-on-one partnering meetings
- Access to the online system enabling the pre-scheduling of one-on-one meetings as well as on-site scheduling
- Access to the panel sessions and workshops
- Unlimited access to biotech company presentations
- Admission to the exhibition area
- Breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks
- Conference book
BioSquare dinner events during the conference
Registration Fee:

Companies with two paying delegates will receive one complimentary pass for the third attendee from that company.
Profiles or changes submitted online after February 6, 2009 will be reflected online but not in the conference book.
After March 5, registration will be available onsite only.
Payment:
You will receive an invoice with information on the methods of payment (online, bank transfer) shortly after your registration. The invoice is payable within 15 business days.
To guarantee the early registration discount (deadline January 16, 2009) payments must be received by February 6, 2009.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be sent in writing by January 24, 2009, to fax number +33 4 78 92 70 15 to receive a refund (minus 250 Euro processing fee). Refunds will be processed after BioSquare 2008.
After January 24, 2009, the full registration fee is applicable. However, you may send a replacement from your company.
NB: No-shows will be billed for the full registration fee.
