Application to Present

Companies interested in partnering their technologies or products, initiating strategic alliances or tapping into the European financing network are welcome to apply to present at BioSquare 2009.
A panel of high-profile experts will select the presenting companies. The panel will make their decision based on the company profile that was entered in the profile section and on the interests of the pharmaceutical companies, consistency with BioSquare's focus and the licensability of products or technology.
Each company will be allowed 15 minutes for their presentation, which should focus on their licensing and/or alliance opportunities.

Presentation Fee

Companies applying to present must submit a profile as soon as possible. Profiles can still be edited for inclusion in the conference book until February 6, 2009.
Additional attendees from the same company will be invoiced for the Registration Fee.

Companies with 2 full-paying delegates will receive 1 complimentary ticket for the 3th attendee from their company.

Payment

Presenting companies will receive an invoice shortly after they have been selected; information on the methods of payment (online, bank transfer) will be sent shortly after registration. The invoice is payable within 15 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be sent in writing by January 24, 2009, to fax number +33 4 78 92 70 15 to receive a refund (minus 250 Euro processing fee). Refunds will be processed after BioSquare 2009.
After January 24, 2009, the full registration fee is applicable. However, you may send a replacement from your company.
NB: No-shows will be billed for the full registration fee.

Deadlines

Deadline for applications to present: November 28, 2008
Notification of companies selected for presentation: Beginning of January.
