Lyon Convention Centre:
Visitors eyes are drawn to the unique and elegant silhouette of the Cité internationale between the Rhône and the Parc de la Tête d'Or. Luminous, transparent and functional; this city in a city, with its buildings following the curve of the river, offers a completely new concept of urban development serving both the environment and economic growth.
The Cité internationale is the tangible result of one of Lyon's most ambitions projects where the quality of the architecture and, above all, the public spaces are an essential part of it. The choice of one of the greatest contemporary architects, Renzo Piano, and landscapers, Michel Corajoud, to realise this site is an undeniable measure of its quality.
The Cité internationale has all the things you would expect to find in a modern town in harmony with its environment.
